Your booking ensures that a team member will show up at your home with a truck full of tools and will try to diagnose and possibly fix your problem as quickly as possible. If the project cannot be fixed in the 45 minute time period, they will take pictures, measurements and whatever other information may be needed to finish the repair at another time.
The booking fee covers drive-time to your home and a 45 minute walkthrough/diagnosis/quick-fix period.
